Due to interest, venue capacity, and the need to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees, the graduation ceremony will now be a ticketed event.  Each ticket has a unique scannable barcode, which is valid for one entry and will be collected at entry. No entry will be permitted without a ticket.

• Tickets Allocated: Each graduating student will be allotted up to 8 guest tickets, with a possibility of up to 2 additional tickets depending on availability.
• Ticket Survey: Each Senior will request their guest tickets via the Graduation Ticket Survey.  Seniors must complete the Graduation Ticket Survey in Campus Student Portal.  
  • The Ticket survey will open on January 4th. The deadline to complete the survey is January 31st. 
  • If the survey is not completed by the deadline, the graduate will only receive 4 tickets in the initial ticketing round.
• Once the initial ticket survey has closed & depending on availability, seniors may request up to 2 more tickets. 
  • Second Round Ticketing Survey Opens TBD:
    • Please note that because the number of remaining tickets is limited, not all seniors who submit a request will receive additional tickets. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Seniors who will receive additional tickets will be notified by email by the end of March.
    • Parents/guardians cannot access the survey; it must be completed by the senior, as the survey is found in their Campus Student Portal in the Message Center.
• Ticket Distribution: Please watch for a ticketing distribution communication in mid-May.

Every year, a dedicated group of parent volunteers comes together to create an unforgettable Senior All Night Party (SANP) for the graduating class. This year marks the 46th annual Centennial SANP, and we need your help to make the 2027 party spectacular!

The committee is looking for enthusiastic senior parents to join the SANP committee! Parent involvement would be invaluable in ensuring that the Class of 2027 has a night to remember.  The SANP committee typically meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 PM in the West Learning Commons.  Please check back in the fall for more information and the meeting dates.

CAP & GOWN SURVEY: November/December 2026
The Cap & Gown Survey will open to all seniors on Monday, November 23rd (Survey Deadline: December 18th). Once available, the survey will be found in the Message Center of STUDENT PORTAL.  All seniors will need to complete the Cap & Gown Survey promptly to ensure that we meet our vendor's deadline. Students/Families will be notified once the survey is available.  ** Please note parents/guardians cannot access the survey, as the survey is found in STUDENT PORTAL.

CAP & GOWN DISTRIBUTION - May 18th, 2027 (LEAP) 
All graduating seniors, including PSEO students (If final grades have been submitted to CHS by the college), will be able to pick up their cap/gown during LEAP in the West Building (exact location TBD).

**Caps & Gowns will be held for the following reasons:

• Currently in danger of failing a required class, as noted on the Senior failure form
• Until PSEO official grade confirmation (transcript) from the college (required classes only)
• Incomplete Advisory tasks
• Incomplete Senior Exit Survey
• Online required classes not officially completed
• Unpaid fees/fines

Class of 2027 Student IDs: Seniors DO NOT have to have their picture taken by Lifetouch for their senior student ID.  Seniors' student IDs will use their picture from their junior student ID (taken by Lifetouch last fall).

Class of 2027 Senior Yearbook Portrait: All Seniors need to have their yearbook portrait taken by David Banks Studio.  
**CHS uses David Bank Studios for Senior Yearbook portraits. Using their services allows for uniform color, contrast, background treatment, and cropping in the yearbook. This also helps us include as many seniors as possible, even those who are not purchasing senior portraits.

• David Bank Studios offers paid sessions at their studio for the yearbook photo and additional senior portraits.  Have a photo taken by 10/30/26, at the studio, and your choice will be submitted to the school by the deadline.  Appointments at David Bank Studios are limited, and prices do increase as it gets closer to the deadline. • David Banks will be at CHS on June 18th for the first free yearbook portrait session.

• David Bank Studios will be coming to CHS for a final make-up date on 10/6/25 from 9:30-noon.  This will be the last option to make it in the yearbook.  If your student is sick, has a field trip, college visit etc., there isn’t a make-up option after this.

  • PSEO students/students coming from off campus should enter the building through the West Office; the PAC Lobby doors will not be open.

Class of '27 Photo: Senior Class '27' Photo: 10/2/26 at the Stadium  - The Senior Class Photo will be taken at 7:50 am.  Seniors should arrive at the south side of the stadium (behind the bleachers) by 7:40 am.

Class of '27 Panoramic Photo: TBD in the West Gym  - Seniors will head directly to the West Gym after the Senior Class outdoor Picture.  Seniors will be dismissed to 1st hour after the panoramic is taken.

April 21, 2027 - 10:30 PAC

On Wednesday, April 22nd all seniors will be attending the required Senior Session in the PAC

Mr. Breuning & Ms. Trettel will cover important information and details about the final weeks of school, graduation requirements, and graduation details. Seniors will be called from their 3rd hour class, and they should immediately go to the PAC.  At the conclusion of the session, seniors will head to lunch.  The Senior Session is required, and attendance will be taken.  PSEO students should attend if their PSEO schedule allows it.  Students who do not attend the session will need to attend one of the make-up Senior Sessions with Principal Breuning to cover the information. Students graduating with Highest Honors (GPA 3.920 - 4.0+) can submit a photo and information about post-secondary plans to be published in the Quad Community Press.

Graduating with Highest Honors is based on a student’s GPA through the 1^st semester of their senior year.  This is optional and not required.  The deadline for submitting your information to the Quad Community Press is Friday, May 28th, 2027.  Please use the link below to submit your information.

Google Takeout allows high school seniors the ability to create an offline copy of your Centennial Google Account.  Be sure to plan ahead as this process can take a few days depending upon the amount of data being exported.
