Grace Palm (she/her)

I am a huge theater kid. I love food related stuff. I love to sing and stuff. I’m very excited to be working on an article!

Ingrid Eide (she/her)

I joined newspaper second semester last year. I've been a downhill mountain biker for 4 years. I'm huge on music, especially grunge, punk, and rock.

Josie Lohn (she/they)

This is my very first year in newspaper! I do theatre, I really enjoy reading and learning about history. I love musical theatre, astrology, and being outside. I prefer the fall so I can wear my sweaters! 

Eden Cutts (she/her)

This is my first year in Newspaper and I am so excited!! I spend a lot of my time hanging with friends, going to church activities, and rehearsing and performing in Centennial theater’s plays and musicals! I am so excited to be participating in Centennial Newspaper! 

Tori Simons (she/her)

I have been in Newspaper since the end of my freshman year. Things I love to do are writing and dancing. Outside of school I am either hanging out with my friends or babysitting. :)

Olivia Panelli (she/her)

This is my 3rd year in newspaper and I'm also in set crew and choir. Some of my hobbies include reading, pro gaming, and sleeping. You can find me working at DQ, actually don’t, thats creepy, why are you still here?

James Welsch (he/him)

Want me to go into everything? Because I don't. I'm a writer. I write stuff. I love a good story, and I have an appreciation for the truth. I like real things by real people. Even fiction is real if the thought and effort is put in. I wanna be able to doodle and put my work in the eyes of more people, few as they may be.

V Hughes (she/they)

I just joined newspaper. Some of my hobbies include drawing, reading, theater, improv, voice acting and cosplaying! 

Monica Chan (she/her)

I'm a junior, and this is my third year in newspaper. I enjoy reading, going to the gym, and spending time with my friends. 

Aurelia Walker (she/her)

I just started newspaper as a freshman. I'm also in theater, CSFC, GSA, and the freshman class committee. I like hiking, sculpting, reading and writing.

AJ Basara (she/they)

I've been in theatre since 8th grade, and joined Speech last year but I made it all the way to sectionals and was one spot away from going to state! My hobbies include listening to music, reading, and going to concerts (doubles as listening to music !) I've been to 14 concerts; 15 on October 20th! I had my first experience in the pit at Megadeth a few nights ago, and got sang to by Chad (Mudvayne) about 5 times but mostly during Dull Boy (WHICH IS MY FAVORITE SONG TOO, HOW'D HE KNOW??), acquired a pick from All that Remains, and the guitarist from Megadeth would stare and smile at me frequently too! I caught some of these instances on camera so if you wanna see just ask (please do, I feel so special!)

Mason Paro (he/him)

I am a comic artist who has a love for cats, along with the creativity to fill a world full of wonder and curiosity. I am still a bit new to the Rolling Cougs newspaper, but I look to have a great time as a part of the team.

Brian Bassey (he/him)

This is my first year in newspaper. I like writing, reading, working out, sports, and video games. Clubs I’m in are World Culture Club, Student Council, Sports Volunteer Help, and sports, specifically basketball.

Mae Ryan (he/they)

This is my first year in Newspaper! I'm in NHS and theater. I participate in plays, musicals, one-acts, improv, and Shakespeare shows. This year will also be my first year in Speech as well - I will be doing a drama piece. In my free time I love to write, read, paint, and go exploring in antique shops. I plan to go to college in Colorado with a double major in Psychology and Communications with a minor in English - I dream to become a family attorney. 

Brooke Gould (she/her)

I play volleyball and enjoy photography. I wanna put my pictures out there, and I think the Rolling Cougs is a good opportunity for that.

Vanessa Schneider (she/her)

This is my first year in the newspaper. I am in theater, and in a book club. I like to hangout with my friends, paint, read, watch movies and shows, and paint my nails. 

Alex Zuiev (he/him)

Originally I'm a musician but I have one hobbie— to take pictures. I have my own camera which performs really nice for taking any kind of pictures (sport, nature, Interview). If needed, I can make videos and I have an equipment for that.  Summing up, everything related to photography and video shooting is about me. 

Ivan Starchyk

My name is Ivan Starchyk, and I am a Graphic Designer, Photo Editor, and Video Editor. I am currently focused on creating a portfolio and utilizing my skills. I aim to join a newspaper to work on visual style and overall appearance. At the moment, I am collaborating with a small YouTuber in my spare time, working on thumbnails and video content.

Liliana Olson (she/they) - Editor-in-Chief

Currently, I am a Junior in high school. I have been a part of Newspaper since my sophomore year, and theatre. I am a Choir student and I am in Centennial Students for Change! I am also what is known as a Monster High superfan, just don’t talk to me about it. Please for the sake of humanity, because I won’t shut up once I start. This year will be amazing for the Rolling Cougs, and I am so happy to be in Newspaper!

Samantha Berens (she/her) - Formatting Lead

Going into my junior year, I have a strong love for theatre– set, that is; the only way I'm getting on stage is moving pieces around, or kicking and screaming :)– and newspaper. I hope to get more involved throughout the school as the year progresses. I've participated in Newspaper since the beginning of freshman year, and I am so excited to continue this journey as a member of our small but mighty leadership team!

Yo, my name is Cybelle, I'm a junior and this will be my third year in newspaper. I really don't do much. I'd like to think I'm funny, but you can be the judge of that. I love anything potato and will drink any hot sauce packet I see. I hope we can all grow closer as a team as the school year goes by. :)

Sophia Panelli (she/her) - PR Lead

I am a sophomore this year and joined Newspaper freshman year. Newspaper is the only club I’m currently in, although I'm an avid enjoyer of doing things., and I love drawing, listening to music, and hanging with friends. I’m lucky to be a part of a wonderful team, and I’m excited to see what’s in store for Newspaper this year.
