Centennial High School offers a variety of athletics, activities, clubs and fine arts opportunities for all students to get involved. We welcome the community to attend our upcoming competitions and events and cheer on our talented students. Go Cougars! 

Important Information to Know Before Registering:

• Registration for the following season opens on:
  Fall Sportsregistration will open August 11th
  Winter Sportsregistration will open October 6th
  Spring sports registration will open February 3rd
• All Activity (non-athletics that does not fall under MSHSL) registration is also listed on our website and open at different times.  Please check our website for information.

• Students must have a valid sports physical on file to register.  If the physical on file expires before the end of a season, you will need to obtain an updated sports physical. 
• Sports Physicals can be emailed to TBrownlee@isd12.org. Please note it may take up to 24 hours to update the system.
• Parents can check the status of a sports physical date in Campus Parent Portal.  Navigate to “More”, Click on Athletic Eligibility and the most recent physical date will be listed. Sports physicals are good for 3 years from the date of the visit and must be valid throughout the entire season you wish to participate in.  If a date is not listed, a physical is not on file.
• Parent Portal is required to access activity registration. Student Portal does not have access to registration.  Steps on how to register can be found on our website. https://highschool.isd12.org/athletics-activities-at-chs/registration
• Parent/guardian and students must agree to the terms presented, including the MSHSL Eligibility Brochure.
• Allow for about 10-15 minutes to complete the required forms (Eligibility Brochure, Activity Participation and Transportation Waiver).
• Students are unable to participate in practice and/or tryouts until the online registration is complete and the activity fee is paid.
